Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? US orders are delivered in 5 business days. Canada and Mexico take 7 business days. Europe, Australia, and the rest of the world take 8 business days depending on your location.

Is shipping free? Yes! Shipping is completely free for all US orders. For international orders, shipping is free on orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for a flat fee of $4.99.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us at info@zivora222.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by location — see our Shipping Information page for full details.

Are Zivora products suitable for everyone? Our products are not recommended for children under 12, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals with known allergies to any of the listed ingredients. If you have existing dental concerns, please consult your dentist before use.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us at info@zivora222.com to start a return.

What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at info@zivora222.com with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

How long does a refund take? Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All transactions on Zivora are processed using industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.
